Senior Pastor Brian K. Rice
Pastor Brian Kelly Rice was born in New Castle, PA where he graduated from New Castle Senior High School. After graduation, he joined the United States Navy where he honorably served and retired as Chief Petty Officer after over 24 years. During his tenure, he visited over 50 countries, 6 of the 7 continents, and lived in Japan, Alaska, Spain, Bahrain, and Italy. He has a MSW (Master of Social Work) from Youngstown State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Community Ministry from Geneva College in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. He has Certifications in Social and Emotional Learning and Character Development (SECD) with a concentration in School Leadership from St. Elizabeth/Rutgers University and a Certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) from Cornell University. Brian previously worked as an Outpatient Therapist for adults and children for one of the largest outpatient mental health providers in the region. Brian presently works as an SECD Teacher/Facilitator for the New Castle Area School District. Brian loves basketball and coaches the New Castle boys’ 9th grade team. He also is the founder of a Non-Profit called Son of the City in New Castle, Pennsylvania. Pastor Rice was formerly married to Marquita for 33 years (who passed away in 2023) and they had 2 daughters, Brittany and Zoe. He married Lady Natalie last year in 2024 and has a bonus son, Bryson.
Lady Dr. Natalie Rice
Lady Dr. Natalie Rice was born in Albany, Georgia. She is a seasoned IT Professional and a proud Air Force Veteran. While stationed in Japan for 4 years and Colorado Springs, Colorado for 5 years, Lady Natalie achieved several educational goals. Lady Natalie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a Master’s degree in Business Management, and a Doctorates degree in Organizational Management. She is a former 5th grade Math and Science teacher in the Dallas Independent School District, has worked the past 2 years at Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts, and recently as a University Professor teaching Project Management at Bellevue University. Lady Natalie is a Project Management Professional (PMP), has appeared in Oprah Winfrey’s “O” Magazine and is the founder of the Non-Profit Organization called RealMint. RealMint provides IT and Veteran Skills Training and gives out a yearly scholarship to High School and College students. Lady Natalie is passionate about cultivating positive values in our youth, setting examples for others, and sharing her vision on the importance of having a purpose filled life. She is married to Pastor Brian K. Rice since December 2024 and has moved to PA from Dallas, TX. She has a son, Bryson and 4 bonus children: Brittany, Zoe, Nikki and Freeman.
